Welcome to the 25-26 School Year!

Welcome to a new school year at Arredondo, where every smile is a sprinkle of joy and every step is a step toward Sweet Success! This year, we're mixing kindness, curiosity, and hard work to create a recipe for an amazing school year. Get ready to shine bright, learn lots, and savor every moment of this sweet adventure together!

We are so excited to welcome you back for a wonderful year of learning and growing together! We hope you had a great summer full of relaxation and fun with your families!

Our staff has been hard at work preparing for a sweet school year with our Jaguars! Please take a moment to read through the important back-to-school information below to help your family have a sweet start to the new school year.

Beginning of the Year Forms Open July 28

Parents, you can log into Skyward and complete your beginning-of-year forms. Forms must be submitted before Meet the Teacher on August 7.

Important: If your forms aren't complete, your child will not receive their schedule. You will be sent to the computer lab to complete the forms onsite. To ensure that you will have adequate time to meet your child's teacher, please get these REQUIRED forms completed early!

LCISD Back-to-School Block Party- August 2

Get excited, families! Join us on Saturday, August 2 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at Lamar Consolidated High School (4606 Mustang Ave.) for a morning full of carnival games, music, food, and more, all for FREE! Come connect, explore, and get ready for a great year ahead!

Be sure to stop by and say hello to your Arredondo Elementary staff! It is sure to be a great time for all!

Meet the Teacher- August 7 at 5:30 p.m.

Are you ready for a year filled with Sweet Success at AES!! Join us for Meet the Teacher on Thursday, August 7th from 5:30-7:00 p.m.

Families who have completed the Beginning of Year forms in Skyward will receive their student's schedule and can visit classrooms and meet their teachers. It is a great time to drop off school supplies.

We will also have previously designed spirit shirts on sale! Prices from $5-$8. (Cash or Check ONLY)

**We will not be ordering new spirit shirts for the 25-26 school year.

First Day of School- August 11

The first day of school is Monday, August 11th, and we are excited to welcome our students back for a new year filled with learning and growing in every way!

Doors will open at 6:45 a.m. and staff will be available to assist families with any questions or needs. We’re here to help make your day smooth and successful!
